Change NPC Position

Hello all,

once again i need the help of this forum to the following problem.

so i wondered if its possible to move an exisiting NPC (Example: one that is standing in Alexandria)
just by changing its position in Tab_RefNest and in media (idk what?), to move it to another city with all its added things?
