Client crash on startup

I have 3 different Silkroad clients on my PC. iSro and 2 private server clients. Since of today none of them work unless i add silkroad.exe (launcher.exe on psro clients) to DEP (well known to all pserver owners). But strange thing is that nothing is changed, no new updates or program installs. And one more thing, mbot and edx loader also don't want to start client (sro_client). All i get is either sro_client crashed Windows error or screen blinks two times and nothing. I've tries adding sro_client (and replacer.exe) to DEP but it didn't help. I don't want to reinstall Windows just cuz of that (it is some kind of windows problem cuz i've copied all 3 clients to another Pc with fresh windows installed and they work perfectly), so i'm asking you guys for help and advice. ty
