Client crashes after added new avatars.

I added new avatars to my server and i wanted to add them in item mall.
When i made them in the 4 files from media.pk2 my client crashed when is startedup sro. (at the little logo)

I've checked every rules.. no spelling mistakes or something like this..

Anyone has a idea what i should be doing wrong?

i had the same problem.
what i did was edit in each file once at a time, then check which one was giving me the error.
also, make sure in refpackgeitem and refscrapofpackageitem the IDs arent the ones from the DB but continue from the IDs in the pk2
