what version of php? mssql_connect and all mssql_ are deprecated in version higher than 5.3

you need old php version or recreate the webmall with sqlsrv_connect and commands

fix it changing this value in php.ini xampp

short_open_tag = Off
to
short_open_tag = On

this solved my problem thank you very much
