CustomCertificationServer - ERROR

Hello people.

I was trying to start the 2-CustomCertificationServer.bat after I adjusted everything else necessary before which worked correctly. But always I'm gonna try to open this ".bat" it instantly closes down.
I took a look on google, couldn't find any solution and also tried to stop this error by turn off the DEP for this file which didnt help also.

Windows says, it's not possible to set "CustomCertificationServer" as an exception in DEP.

Would be fine if any one could help me, really appreciated.
