CustomCertificationServer problem

Hi guys,

I've been trying to set up my server the whole night and when I first open CCS.exe it runs perfectly good. After I reset my PC it just pop up for 1 sec and then disappear.
I tried to Google up some ways to fix it but all seems hopeless.
