d12 stones work on d13

hi just posting here might get a responce i have d13 drop but most stones etc are missing from the database so i followed this : http://forum.ragezone.com/f722/relea...my-815333-new/

which says

use sro_vt_shard
UPDATE _RefObjItem SET ItemClass=34 WHERE ItemClass=37
UPDATE _RefObjItem SET ItemClass=35 WHERE ItemClass=38
UPDATE _RefObjItem SET ItemClass=36 WHERE ItemClass=39

but what do i edit in media to get working so it sees d13 as d12
