DownHang closed how to fix it ?

Hello.
so i got a smal question i have try solve it for 3 days still nothing..

alright when i first set up server it worked to reverse to downhang but not teleport

i have ry find a the problem and fix it but still nothing -.-
and now it like downhang is closed.. I cant reverse to it and i cant teleport.
the teleport sign is there but nothing happen after i click on it.
and when try reverse it stand it has been cancelled.

Anyone know what the problem is cuz i got no clue After 3 days still same shit and stil havent find the problem and i dont know where i will look to to see if its DW that is closed.
if the teleport work it is in telelink and so i have check media and DB both changed so its 100% same

but cuz it not working to teleport i think i have somehow make so DW is closed etc change somewhere by misstake and wanna know where i can find it and if anyone can show from there DB how it will look inside so i know what i will be looking for.

i have searth hole forum also on pvperz and google and some other sro sites but still nothing so well hope someone could help me out on this one and i will try help back with anything i can :)
