I think it's ocean again who bought or leaked the files from csro, because their website running on a chinese IIS version.

CSRO = Chines Silkroad so use swSRO filles only chine chars :)

Only way is to hack csro or this pserver, and I don't think they will share it maybe they will sell it later, because they got not that much players on their server xD
