[ERROR]CustomCertificationServer.bat Error and cant solve it

I got this error

And then says stopped from working
It was working ,But when i move it another place it not working anymore

I checked server.cfg ,srNodeType,srGlobalService,srShard
And put in with my ipv4 ip and still same

Don't Make new Folder Dont Do Any Thing Just Copy To Your Vsro Folder ..

Server/Shard is on red stat Click Right Click on it and press „Start Service“ then the red light should be turn into green
