Error in character selection

Hello,

i have a problem in character selection in vsro , actually there were no errors when opening the client , no errors appeared in the patches:game server , shards , agent server ,etc..
but when i select the character and click start , the game suddenly closes (and no errors appear in the patches) , and then i get this message:



Please Help...
