[Error] Problem loading character data

Hi dudes, im getting this error when testing my server, but i done everything and cannot solve that, i tried deleting the char in the database, making it gm, making it normal char, deleting any item of the inventoy, vault, COS, avatar, a lot of databases, reinstalling the sql, cleaning the DB's, updating the OBDC, chnging the Date Format but nothing. Simply the gamesever cannot load o read the character info in the database and force to disconnect from the server. I searched over the web and the solutions cant help me.

Clean all the tables there is scripts with all tables to clean.

already cleaned the DB's with the querys posted in the forum, but i got the same problem, if i runs the client in nother machine you think that problem must be not showed?
