loading a wrong region, disable all but first region and test, if works, do the same whit the next one, and so on till you find the wrong one ( i think, dont have the server here right now to check that coords)

For "already sold out" problem:

Use this Query at your SHARD DB

update _RefShopItemStockPeriod set Service = 0 

and you will be fine..

now LogiN, open _RefRegionBindAssocServer and set to 1 only china/tq/west_china, all the rest to 0
launch gameserver to check if the error show again, and load region by region (that way i got all china working, but europe always fails)
