do you mean you want edit rates ?
well exp and drop from server.cfg

	ExpRatio 10000
	ExpRatioParty 10000
	DropItemRatio 10000
	DropGoldAmountCoef 10000

but alchemy rate must be set from DB so to do.
find the code of lucky powders at _RefObjCommon and trace the Link to _RefObjItem then edit them there

well 1000=x1 means if you want x100=100000 but if its the same as you say then you didn't fix rates at GS yet
use sr_patcher to fix rates
