i did it on some server. I don't remember correct but, first remove beginner quest from refquest and chardefault quest. after that your gameserver will crash for sure. Open your gameserver via ollydbg and debug it, when its crash just nop lines and save gameserver it will work.
i don't think it will work bec the icons doesn't have any thing to do with the beginner quests bec this server has them
