Fortress Thing

Hi
I need little info for Fortress War scroll, and dungeon
I want set my server:
- lvl 130 can use fortress war (Tae Sui) scroll (now can use this scroll max lvl 110 char)
- Fortress war dungeon can be enter lvl 130 char (now can use only lvl 110 char, higher lvl get crash, when open fortress war dungeon)

Anybody can help me with edit?
