Friends can't connect to my server.

Guys i need some help..
The things is that i created my server and all is working fine.. But the problem is that my friends can't connect to my server..
Everything is working fine but i don't why but friends can't log in.. I even tried open some ports but it didn't work.. Also i tried somethings in the firewall but it didn't work neither.. They tried to connect by launcher and loader but nothing works.. So guys, if someone knows about this problem or can help me i really appreciate it.

Are your friend's ips inside the privilged ip table?

they cant connect or C9?, if you are using the default ports, at least 15779 (gateway) and 15884 (agent) has to be opened.

the problem is the following, when you open server vsro and try to enter the server he appears offline, when the server this online

As yerbamala12 said, the problem is that when my friends try to enter into my server it seems like it's offline.. But i can play in my computer.. The server is online but when other people try to enter it appears offline.. The launcher says "The servers is underground inspection blah blah" and with loaders it appears a wire error..

first, make sure that you cert server bind on your external IP address (if not there is a guide how to do it, have to set static IP and add WAN in the special options). then make sure the server is "Operating" not "Examine". After it open 15779, and 15884 ports, then try to connect to your own server using your wan IP to make sure your friends can connect too.
