FTP Problem With Guild Emblem

Hello everyone in RageZone,
I have problem in FTP, the guild emblems working and logos are showed, but i get error message in SR_ShardManager when I try to register a new guild emblem...

Crest FTP : ftp://example:example@25.141.95.53:21
FtpDeleteFile[File: G64_5_15.crb] Failed (12003)

Here's config of my ftp.
Server.cfg

        BILLING_SERVER_URL                 "http://25.141.95.53:5762/"
        CREST_FTP_URL                     "ftp://example:example@25.141.95.53:21" 

type.txt

Language = "Vietnam"
Country = "Vietnam"
GameType = "Silkroad_TestIn"
MarkFTPAddr = "example:example@25.141.95.53:21"
MarkFTPPath = "SRO_CREST" 

And i locate directory of FTP in C:\SROGuild and This folder have all permission. btw, inside SROGuild Folder SRO_CREST
Any idea? please fast.

I locate in FTP C:\SRO_CREST\SRO_CREST this right?

Then if add change the located file to C:\SRO_CREST I got this

Make two accounts, one that has read only on the main folder (example in my case is D:\FTP *inside you create SRO_CREST*) and the other one all the rights you can give it. The readonly account goes into type.txt and the administrator one goes in server.cfg :)
Add firewall exception for this program, and make it allow all connections from all profiles :)
