I want when GA type Notes in Game appear like
[GA]xxxx : his notes

how i can do that ??

if you mean in game his name...

you want it like, [GA]Blabla if he writes in game in normal chat it shows up that or in notice?

If you mean in notice you have to do it like --> ~[GA]Blabla?
