Global Manager Suddenly closes

I got that Problems when i ran Global Manager then it closes. Any one know how to fix it?

Try right-clicking Global Manager, hit properties, and in the compatibility tab setting Windows 2000(XP) or Windows 2003(Windows 7), it might actually do something different so you know what the actual error is. Also make sure your server.cfg settings are set properly to the right ip addresses.
