Hamachi /shared folder on c:\ / simply registration program

Hey

If some1 could help me with that ill be really appreciate <3

Im hosting a small server by hamachi. I want to avoid make public website with registration etc(anyway im noob in php etc , i can buy website/host/vps bla bla bla - but i just dont wanna public)

I found some idea to shared folder by hamachi with registration program and i dont have complettly idea how to make that program to be working and be safe(captcha etc) ... i have some basics in C++ only that and i know its to small knowledge.

Can someone help me in this case? I guess for PRO coders is rly easy thing so if you have a bit of time please help me ;) I saw register by CLIENT but i guess this isnt safe...
