Increasing the regular cap (which is to my taste and probably meant by JoyMax itself) from 140 to 250 requires a lot of work.
The easy ones are doing the ASM part, raising level cap, quest level cap, pet level cap, skill level cap, etc.

But the tedious part is adding stuff beyond Degree 20.
JoyMax did set up the database to D20 (which might also be lv 180 - 200). You have to add D21 to D40. Have to add new or edit older mobs to Lv 141 - Lv 250 mobs. This might take long for someone who is quite inexperienced in doing silkroad stuff.
