Help in Teleport

Now Iam add Teleport and add 100%
and i can Go to The Room
but when i need to back to janjan
when i press in Select Area to Teleport
i Got Crash

This Line wrong:

This Line Correct:

1	262	GATE_MADELYN_1	60070	SN_GMROOM	-32745	-3	-47	-27	30	0	0	1

if you copy the line from _refteleport to teleportdata you not need the row "AssocRefObjCodeName128" sure this cause your crash.
