[HELP] Microsoft Visual C++ Error!!

Hello,

I got this problem with my sever, as soon as players join in and we reach about 60-100 it starts giving me a error "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libary" and a message below, ive tried to fix this by rolling back my database, disable stuff, remove quests, and similar but nothing works, i keep getting this error, wht could it be and is there any fix??

EDIT: I got a 24gb ram server with 2x i7 processors so thats not the problem.. it runned fine whole week till yeasterday
