Help on Adding item on NPC

[MaDenGo]

I Always adding Items on NPC Normaly with ShopGenerator and work fine

But today i tried add For Example Sword on NPC and Added work 100%
and i tried add another item with same old idea and added fine on npc
But when i buy it nothing happen i press " Buy " and nothing happen
and i checked lines on Database and Media it right 100% like other lines
and i tried to know what's problem and i can't find so if any one can help :)

but i do all of that correct
that's why i shocked i added 2 items with this ways 1 of them work and other didn't worked
