Help request/Csro-R unknown error

Hello guis,i set up a csro server ( keep in mind my knowledge is 0 ) for the moment the reason is that i want to develop my skills,a server ill open once ill can fix it for myself

Problem: The client is crashing,i tryed 3 differit clients
Client 1: crash before login screen apear ( client just freeze )
Client 2: same
Client 3: have a differit intro > im able to login with the user/pw > i get crash before character window apear

Server files: i check everything
billing,configs,odbc,iis,shardservice,moduleversion,priviledge ip etc.
i also start the server,it is online
it could be a client gameguard?

Notice,few days ago i successfully opened a server,somehow i fixed this problem...but i was too damn stupid to write a notepad about it-.-''

Current problems:
Global manager: Certification request from : FarmManager ( nothing comes after )
Farm manager: Certification request from : SR_GameServer ( nothing come after,no msg or anything )
AgentServer: [For APEX] RecvFuncPtr is NULL ( this one i got it for the first time 5min ago,ill be able to fix it i think )
did anyone had this kind of client crash before?

FIXED: i downloaded apollo files,those seems to work fine,yet i did not figure out why the clients crashed
