Help to silkroad start my server

Hello friends, good afternoon I'm jeremy lopez present and would like to start a silkroad server but have problems with the ShardManager and Gameserver What happens is the following,
After that 4 or 5 minutes after the smc closes

once I open it I turn around I get the following error in the Gameserver and will not let me open the server
