Database cant contact your billing server, you need sett iis7 billing..

your server need to have ASP installed and ofc edit dbconfig.cfg to match your db

perdon es dbconnect.asp , edita esa fila, esta en los archivos del billing. eso me pasa por hacer todo de memoria

trata de ejecutar los asp desde el ie o firefox o lo que uses a ver si el asp esta bien configurado
