i have VPS and HOST AND DOMAIN but i can't so realation with us i write iP in web site PHP
but not work something wrrong help pls

1.st Why do you buy a VPS if you don't even know how to use it? I guess you can't even secure it...
Now according to your question, go to control panel, there to DNS settings and point your domain name to your VPS IP.

Nah, I'm not angry but you should know at least how to secure a VPS, how to keep it up to date, there aren't just good people in internet. It's a risk running a VPS without knowing anything about it, may turn into a botnet host and maybe you won't notice it ;)
In that case it's better to buy a managed server or even before you buy a server, you should install one local and and start working with it to gain some experience.
