After i use this tool i have file .BSR + .psh + .vsh how i can Decrypt bsr file ?

if you want to edit language, then data.pk2 is the wrong file
the file you will have to look at is media.pk2 the path you need to look at is server_dep\Silkroad\textdata and the filenames are textdata_object.txt textdata_equip&skill.txt and textuisystem.txt all those files are plain text files, no "decryption" needed
