How to create a simple console for moderators?

hello to all the community my question is how to create a simple console for my server moderators so they can make uniques and things I do not want to put the GM and also want to know how to making it.

as i know is imposible you need to make gm

if GM consol is simply imported in their media pk2 , they will be able to use it with no problem ;)

dude you need to give acces for use comand and acces hav only "gm account" you can not give power without gm account

then he can give access for the account in the DB , and make his name normal..

he wanted gm powers without the word "GM" in his name....its bloody easy :)
