i cant update to new DB 120 - 13D !!

hi guys

i have litle problem with the new DB
i don't know what i will do with it ?

im careting a new db name and do restore for the new db
and use SMC 13D
and run ever thing but SR_gameserver don't work
i amen it's open and load but got
Cert erorr !! and i did change ip and every thing but still not work

can any one help me to run cap 120 and 13D please ?
