I need about Filezilla & Guild Emblem

Filezilla installed on C:/Program Files
SRO_CREST Folder on C:/
Filezilla listen on these port : 21
Passive mode Use custom port range : 1 - 14147
I add port on Firewall 1-14147

Crest user always gets disconnect & If crest user gets disconnect I never connect to my ftp address.
