I need help about Spoof IP

Same as title, What's spoof ip and i must put it in Evangelion ( misc.ini ) file ? please help!

If it runs on the same physical machine you have to put in 127.0.0.1. TO spoof means to "fake", so u have to fake the machines ip due to the usage of evangelion. on a machine which is not behind a router u could also use the static ip.

I've computer not VPS, and i don't run with spoof ip ,,,,, i should write spoof in gameserver? and machine ... and agentserver btw agentserver if don't wrote spoof ip on it getting c9 error
