i need help with Angel Spirit

Hello Guys

I have problem with angel spirit
i added all files but i cant add skilldata_35000enc
i dont know how i can add files to it

i drop angel spirit from consol and i press right click to active it without problem

but when i try to put it in acc to use it i take crash

so please try to help me :(
