1. I have computer with 140GB of hard disk, 8GB of ram , 2.90Ghz Processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G645 , Its good to run Server D15 with Baghdad Area and etc ... ?

2. What kind of VPS i must bought it... i mean , what is Ram of vps i must buy

like i say to you alot of time but you still dont want to understend.. VPS is not good for a server bcz if some one take ddos(or other atack) you will be affected..
2 you need min 16 GB but 16GB of ram is low for a 15d server so you need 24/32 gb of ram hdd 500+ (in 2-3 months your db will have over 50-60G) and CPU Inter(R) core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHZ

LOL no way for 8GB of ram you can have max 50 player like i say ned alot of ram bcz shard/gs need alot... (over 16)
