iis error help please | Shard Error

My problem is.. Open Shard... Charge... and latter say Billing dead and close 2 sec

ERROR IIS: ( WAS ) Windows Process Activation Service and Wolrd Wide Web (W3SVC) ( Need Pause Process to Start IIS :S ) Readlly IDK

make sure dbconnect.asp is correct in iis

Pass and ID and SQL Conection perfect :S
