Information about create/edit .bsr files

Hi RZ,
today a guy pmed me in skype that he is able to create and edit bsr files.
He told me the name of the tool he use "pytha 3D-CAD".
There is no possibility to get this tool free so i want to ask here if someone can proof this information.
When i ask the fuy gor screenshot how he edit bsr he just say "i have no interest to open program atm".
He said that he open it with a tool which is inside the full licence of pytha 3D-CAD.
I think the guy did not say the truth.

dont really looks a program to do that, i believe more if say "3d studio" or "cinema4d" or any of the many many 3d modelers/editors

besides is easy to fget the program on some of the bigger torrent sites (i dont think i can post torrents here, besides is easy to find it)

i say "no proof or screen? then GTFO"

bsr are eazy to edit in hex.... and bsr just call bmt,bms,ddj,skel(depend of item) for models ned to edit bms and bmt. and make ddj. But...only weapon can make for sro bcz set have alot of bones and for 1 item need like 1-2week to make

so to just give you an example.
i am not talking about a bit editing bsr.
take any char bsr like chinaman_warrior.bsr and try to add the animation set for european to them.
Currently i not found any way to do it.
even if i increase the count of animations he should now my sro just crashes when i try to login.
cause at the moment its not possible for chinese chars to define european animations for them.
