i make like as you said but i still can open more than 3 character per 1 ip any solve

Max User Count Restriction Per IP: overrided to 3 

btw, what is default for ip limit ( Refresh time = 10 and limit ip = 3) Or ( Refresh time = 3 and limit ip = 3) ??

I think it's 10 3 but I've set it to 3 3. Shouldn't matter. That msg in global is just warning, it's ok
