Ip limit with proxy

i bought a new proxy ip with 10 gb ddos protection then i added the ip limit,

but when my players try to login to the server it says ip limit exceed

so my question >>

can i setup proxy ip protection with ip limit ?

Yes, you can have this functionality, however, not all DoS/DDoS Protection providers, will be able to setup this on your request...
