Item-Name Color, Description Color, etc.

Everybody knows the "Honor Items".
You know as well the color of those items, specifically about the name "Purple" (in my case).

I am curious about that, how to add those color parameters to my items.
I tried it with <font color="255,111,11,1">TEXT OF ITEMNAME</font>
Won't work. I was still able to see the raw xml coding. It wasn't colored at all.

As well by copy and paste, took this one for the description:
<sml2>A bag of 1,000 potions that can heal 220 HP pts. each.<br><br><strong><font color="255,236,219,156">How To Use</font></strong><br>Similar to the ordinary potion.<br><br><strong><font color="255,236,219,156">Restriction</font></strong><br>None</sml2>
That one was working ingame, unchanged! How To Use got his ordinary color, strong format, etc.

Just replaced the sentences with my ones. Was even fitting about the breaks and font style.
And guess what? Nothing showed up at all.
I am not using any kind of special letters. Even removed any kind of " . "; "!"; "?", etc.
Still no results.

Anyone knows what the problem is? I am kinda freaking out here.
