I need to edit my max plussing (+) in my server maximum is +18 any idea or hints...?

you cant.
but you can make a procedure when item is +20(for example) when he is teleport/relog to go back at +10(or what max you put) but problem is... when you do this procedure lag will start (sql srv will start to use over 3-4 GB of ram or more some time can use 8 gb of oram) and second problem si white status will be edited crt 100% and other and... if a player make crt 100% or 80% will start insult you or all player will try to lie you hey i have x status.

As i understood, you mean +18 is high plus with huge crit and weapon status... will make players kill each other easier?

when you change + no matter from db/smc crt is change back to 0 also if is a high cap lvl warrior with sun+18 and let say sts 80% give 1 skill to nuker(whit snow give 2 if not is crt) to wizz 1 skill wil be op char from cap 120 to ~130-140 warrior is op char and you have allot to work to make a balanced game.
