Then me iz like WTF all links broken, and me haz to compile packt.dat, but me no find packt.dat in mah files and me no haz compiler for the .ini's so me iz like: T.T

All you need to compile the certification server is Microsoft's .NET 4.0 redistributable. Download it from their site, and just run the compile batch.
