    sad Mobs respawn problem delay

    hi RZ.. anyone can help me?
    when i kill mobs, the mobs very slowly to respawn back. like the delay. how to solved that?
    RefNest? i have check it = Min 8sec Max 12sec.
    when i change to 1 is same..

    can someone give sql query to fix this problem..
