My Client getting crashed / clienteless problem

Hello everyone!

its about clientless problemwhen i create new char, everytime he does something new ,he gets clientlessfor exemple: first time teleporting to jangan, gets crash, then no more crashsfirst time opening npc gets crash, then no more crashs ..
Is there a way to fix the problem? or even how to know what does cause this problem?

PS: i had this problem since i downloaded v1.188 (i mean without modifying anything on the database or the client)
