My item mall closes my client when i open it

Well, i'm having a big problem, yesterday I added an existing item to an NPC, and after that the item mall did not open anymore... if i delete the item from refpackageitem and refscrapofpackageitem the item mall will open again but the client doesnt even start unless i delete the lines added to the RedShopGoods and and RefPricePolicyOfItem

What can I do to add an item but also having working the item mall?

maybe duplicated Package item ID on an item on your item mall so check ids of RefPackage or package name maybe too
