NavMesh Bug

Hey all, how the title said, i have a problem with NavMesh.

After adding Baghdad i've get the problem with the Fortress wars.
These problem is fixed. But now i see that i stuck more and more on different arenas.
One point is Karakoram .
I stuck, walk on point...i think it's NavMesh bug so any solution for?

I copy paste my _refregion from a safe server working there and not work..
