[Necessary] help cooltime problem

i need help on adding cooltime to Global/Reverse/Scroll
i can add it perfectly but when i do, it work perfect but if i teleport to anytown i can use it duaring the cool time, wish means teleporting is reseting the cooltime, so please i need a stable cooltime

thanks in advance, i need something working like guild summon scroll, please dont tell me go check guild summon scroll line, etc... because i have been trying since 7 months ago and i still can't do it.
