Need help on windows server 2008 IIS and MSSQL 2008

Hi Ragezone's members,
I have few questions here to ask and I really hope somebody can answer me.

1st question: How to configure IIS in Windows Server 2008 and is there any tutorial?
2nd question: How to enable MSSQL 2008 remote connection, I have tried to enable remote connection but I have failed and failed.
