Other Deleat or deactivate 11dg items / stones

Hello.

So i want close the 11dg parts from my server

Other remove them totaly from hole DB and media

or close them so they cant drop from any mobs 101+

I do not ask to give me a gull guide how to do it

all i need is a bit if i will remove the items if i will track all 11dg parts down and deleat ? and how i will deleat it without getting errors

OR
close them so thye cant drop. I have look around but i cant find any part where it is there i will rmeove or close them so a bit help had been great :)

Also if anyone could give a better hint how i add in new drops to uniques. i have look querrys and so but i dont compleatly understanding so if anyone could explain a bit better how i add in drops to mobs it had been great :)
